“On August 25, we held a hybrid event with in-person and online attendees in Wellington, New Zealand. AV Media expertly managed the event from educating me on the proper equipment to use, setting up the meeting room on Sunday evening so we were ready at 8 am the next day, creating the online Zoom link and registration page, and ensuring the online attendees' connections were solid. We also required the event to be recorded so a post-production file could be generated and made available to attendees and general public. This required two AV techs on-site for the day and several camera angles to capture the speakers, panelists, and audience. Sarina and Ben skillfully guided me in the process, making sure every detail was covered.
The months of preparation paid off as we received numerous compliments regarding the event logistics from the workshop team and the attendees. I would certainly use AV Media again for another local New Zealand event. I'm deeply grateful for everyone's dedication and hard work, and proud of what we accomplished together.
